A Smart-R Wall Solution

Over the past few years, within the architectural metal industry, there has been a focus on thermal performance and code compliance – such as continuous insulation and NFPA 285. Centria has presented a solution to these issues as well as an option to improve thermal loss at windows. The Smart-R wall solution offers a high-performance architectural cladding with seamless integration of panels, windows, louvers and sunshades resulting in sleek sightlines at component joinery intersections. Peachtree is currently working on the Automated Manufacturing Technology Building at Georgia Northwestern Technical College designed by Pieper O’brien Herr Architects that features the Smart-R wall solution products by Centria. This project prominently features the Formawall panel system with a running bond pattern and integrated Centria Formavue Windows. Once complete, this facility will provide technical training for mechatronics, industrial systems, and electronics manufacturing.
