Life on the Trail…

Most companies are in close proximity of a health club or fitness facility or even a county park, but not many companies are as close to a jewel as Peachtree is to the Silver Comet Trail.  The Silver Comet Trail starts in Smyrna, Georgia and runs 61.5 miles through Cobb, Paulding, and Polk counties to the Georgia/Alabama state line. Named after the Silver Comet Passenger train, it was constructed on the abandoned rail line, purchased by the Georgia DOT in 1992.  The trail was completed in August, 2008.  Many of our employees enjoy the benefits of being so close to this trail for biking, running, or walking, either before work, at lunch, or after work.
