River Regional Health Services

The River Region Health Center presents two distinctly different faces to the public. The north elevation is clad with rich Mahogany Brown wood grain finish composite wall panels using the warmth of the wood to respond to the residential neighborhood it faces. For the other elevations, Metallic finishes for the composite wall panels with clean and distinct architectural lines were used to accentuate the institutional nature of the clinic.

This project utilizes both PPC’s exposed sealant and the rain screen panel systems as well as an innovative exposed fastener system on the north elevation. The architectural cornice along the building fascia features a bold use of ACM panels with vertical transitions at the east and west elevations. ACM panels are additionally used at the horizontal accent bands and column covers.
