What needs to be in place to field measure for ACM Panels?

ACM/MCM wall panels are fabricated to fit site conditions/layout on each project. Methods for field dimensions vary – from measuring with a tape measure and level to using high tech solutions such as a 3D digital scanner. Regardless of the method used, it is imperative that the substrate (framing and sheathing) and adjacent finished façades be in place prior to field measuring.

Our goal for field measuring for ACM/MCM panels is to make it right the first time. Therefore, we use a 3D scanner which accurately captures the building façade digitally and allows our engineering team to work with the most complete and accurate data to develop part drawings for fabrication.
