Quantico Center Building

The Quantico Center office campus consists of three (3) class A buildings located near the Marine Corps Base Quantico, are positioned to serve the many businesses and defense contractors in the area. The center is located within walking distance of several amenities including restaurants, retail shops and hotels. Building I, started in June of 2004 was completed 12 months later, soon after which the ground breaking for Building II occurred and with its completion in August 2006. The final building, Building III, was started in February of 2008 and completed early in 2009.

Each of the multistory buildings feature a prominent aluminum entrance trellis supported by masonry wrapped steel columns and steel beams. Above the windows on the second, third and/or fourth floors the design includes horizontal sunscreens projecting form the brick facade.
