One City Center

The One City Center in Atlanta’s vibrant Buckhead community is a 10,000 square foot two-story office building constructed using aluminum composite metal panel, sunscreen and ornamental parapet screen system provided by Peachtree Protective Covers.

The building’s non-orthogonal shape is enhanced by the grids created with the ACM wall panels. The custom sunscreens accent the parallelogram shaped building with a projection that varies across the length of the systems. The parapet screens incorporate several of Peachtree’s standard sunscreen and canopy components to effect an attractive visual barrier for the roof-top equipment.

The ACM panels have a custom “pearlized white color” in a fluoropolymer finish by Alpolic.
A 2-coat Kynar in Valspar’s standard bone white is used for the sunscreens and is paired with a standard stone gray color to created two tone scheme for the parapet rail/screen system.
