Baltimore Air Coil

This project is a 90,000 square foot, build-to-suit, tiltwall office building and testing facility. The two-story lobby has curved clerestory that are shaded by a canopy system design to follow the curvature of the windows.

Sunscreen – 660 s.f.
Custom Cantilevered Canopy – 225 s.f.

The sunscreens feature a very custom shaped outrigger and the custom cantilevered canopy which is used as a sunscreen at the curved clerestory windows utilizes a 6″ diameter gutter fascia element
