Seminole Community College

The new classroom building at this campus houses all of the college’s healthcare programs and was the first building in a master plan that strives toward the creation of 1.4 million square feet of space.

Custom Fascia and Soffit Panels – 1,000 s.f.

The sunscreens and custom suspended hanger canopy shared connection points and cover plates with the lighting fixtures that were an integral part of the plan.

A 2-coat Kynar in Valspar’s standard Taupe color on the deck, beams, columns and fascia and Petersen Aluminum’s standard Granite color on the soffit.
