These buildings and parking decks are The Nexus at Waverly and The Hub at Waverly. They are multi-tenant buildings located just south of I-485 at the intersection of Providence Road and Ardrey Kell Road. They present a total of 310,000 of office space that is served by roughly 1,600 parking spaces.

The sunscreens at each building cantilevers between 6′ and 9′ from the building at the parapet. The system is supported by building structure with vertical, horizontal and angled aluminum structural members. The walkway cover/canopy is located at the top level of the parking decks and serves to cover stairwells and elevator entry areas. The parking decks are adorned with decorative aluminum elements intended to complement the sunscreens on the office buildings.
